I called yesterday they had a huge problem with their charles Schwab bank balances all my accounts said zero money. It is better to find this person ten years too early than one day too late. Find an advisor who will be there and explain things when you need them them the most. Find someone who will give you all the time you deserve and not just 5 minutes over the phone to send you forms to sign.
